The successful applicants are required to go through all the pillars of the programme.

• Participant will be able to solve real socio-economic problems with their peers and colleagues
• Access to PLSP network of mentors, partners and support for growth and sustainability
• Participants will receive a certificate of participation from the PCN.
*Who can apply?*
• Must be a pharmacist presently doing internship
• Must be an intern with at least 6 months left to complete internship
• Willingness to learn, commit and dedicate time to the programme
• Participants in the programme must be willing to dedicate 8 hours weekly to the programme
