Note: Only candidates who pass the written exams will be eligible for the oral interviews to hold by 12noon on same day.

All purchase MUST be made from the Administrative Department of the Hospital.

Applicants that cannot make their purchase within the given time due to their present location are allowed to pick up forms on examination day before commencement of the day’s exercise. However, such applicants MUST confirm availability by responding to this mail to enable us plan accordingly.
