RE: Enrolment of Resident Doctors into the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System IPPIS Scheme

Sequel to our letter Ref. No. OAGF/IPPIS/82/IV/T/192 dated 21st July 2017 on the above subject, i am directed to inform you that arrangement has been concluded to commence the verification and data capturing of resident doctors under your institutions into the IPPIS Platform

Following from the above, you are hereby requested to direct your IPPIS HR Role player who has already been created on IPPIS to generate the online registration token for the affected officers to register on IPPIS platform under your institution accordingly

The IPPIS web portal for the online registration will be open from wednesday 11th to wednesday 18th January 2018 to enable officers register online

Accordingly you are please requested to make available the nominal roll of the resident doctors detailing names, date of birth, date of appointment, dates of passing part 1 and 11 of the professional exams in both hard and soft copies to the IPPIS Department
